Kainan University, Taiwan

Kainan University continues to expand opportunities for IHP students. In addition to the on-going cooperation with America's Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which allows Kainan students to attend MIT !at Kainan tuition rates!, Kainan University has also established relationships with Waseda University in Japan. And, programs which will allow Kainan students to attend North Carolina State University in America and The University of Tasmania in Australia are under way.

Naresuan University,Phitsanulok, Thailand

Naresuan University (NU), located in Phitsanulok, Thailand, was named after King Naresuan the Great. Formerly a campus of Srinakharinwirot University, NU was established as a public university in 1990. Although not many years have passed since its inception, NU has already earned the reputation of being one of the most progressive universities in Thailand. These partnership programmes aim to foster the advancement in teaching, research, cultural understanding, as well as international reputation of institutions through the exchange of students, faculty and academic information, materials, conducting joint research, conference and training for achieving superior academic excellence. The scope of partnership on academy activities includes:

Research collaboration in areas of mutual interest and capabilities to both parties.
Exchange of academic materials such as books, academic journals, studies and other research information that is generated by either party as the result of joint efforts under this agreement.
Exchange of faculty members.
Examination of the potential for sponsoring collaborative seminars, conferences, workshop and other academic meetings on matters of mutual interest.
All publications, research grants or other joint projects that result from the collaboration between the institutions shall recognize the efforts of both institutions.
 
Student Exchange
 

An international exchange programme facilitates flow of ideas between academic institutions. Joint activities provide each school with better understanding of the methods and programmes of the partnering school and enhance knowledge and skills of students and faculty members alike. In order to provide a cross cultural exposure and a global perspective to the students, Jaipuria Institute of Management has developed an extensive International Students Exchange Network.

A fixed number of students per term of study will be allowed in each academic year at the other institution.

The intention is that over time an equivalent number of students will be sent in each direction.

A group of students from Finland has spent a trimester at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida last year. Students and faculty from Finland are regular visitors to the campus. Prof. Dilip Chajjed from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign is also currently teaching a short-course at the campus.  

The University Of Southampton, U.K. has been sending students at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur for the past three years for about 16 weeks for the completion of their M.Sc. thesis.

Visiting students add to the diversity of expertise at the Institute, and enhance the effectiveness of its pedagogy and the experience can contribute immensely to building of management perspective and poise. Jaipuria Institute of Management is continuously seeking to establish an increasing number of exchange programmes with institutions with excellent academic standards compatible with that of the Institute and which provide varied learning opportunities for students and faculty both.
